Standard 2-3 Day Delivery:
All orders are shipped via UPS, please provide an address that they can deliver to. Most orders are sent by UPS and normally arrive within 2-3 days. During the Holiday season, the delivery may take longer. We are unable to guarantee delivery on Saturday with this specific method. Please be aware of your package when you receive the tracking number.

Shipping Time Frame
To assure that your order arrives properly chill, we ship perishable bacon, sausage, and beef products every Monday-Wednesday (WA and OR state Monday-Thursday). Orders made Thursday through Sunday will be held until the following Monday to be shipped. We are unable to control the handling of your order once it is handed over to UPS. Our shipping time frame prevents the product from sitting in hot warehouses or trucks over the weekends. If your package can ship on a Wednesday and can arrive before the weekend, it will ship; if not, the package will be held until the following Monday.
Damages and issues
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.
We will be happy to replace any wrong items or defective and damaged items during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product, please inspect it upon reception. Any discrepancy with your order, please contact us immediately within 3 business days at support@kinggefoods.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kinggefoods.com or our wechat: Hzg19930000. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
**Note:
If your products have lost their airtight seal upon arrival, please freeze and use within shelf life.
All of our products must be freezed in a freezer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
