KING GE LLC is located in Seattle; founded in 2019. King Ge is a devout Christian and a recognized food gourmet in his church. He is from Jiangxi Province and married to a Chongqing wife (both places are known for spicy food). He found himself and his local programmer friends from Microsoft and Amazon have been missing the authentic Szechuan bacon and sausage, hence, he started to research and develop them.
To ensure quality, King Ge purchases all ingredients from the best suppliers. All pork and beef are purchased from WHOLEFOODS suppliers, and the pork belly with the skin for making bacon is purchased from Korean supermarkets suppliers. All the other ingredients are shipped by air from Chongqing City in China directly, regardless of price.
After several months of repeated experiments, King Ge's development of Szechuan sausage, bacon, and ribs finally gained excellent reputations. The three high marks from Seattle programmer families are authentic food and amazing taste, flawless quality, and very convenient to eat.
