Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@kinggefoods.com within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll be happy to provide a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any item with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of damage or if you received an incorrect item. After we receive your returned product, we will issue you a refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
