Sausage Cooking Method:

1. Rinse with warm water, fill a pot with enough cold water to just cover the whole sausage, and boil for 30-40 minutes. Set aside to cool for a few minutes and slice it thinly.

2. Or, simmer it with rice.

 

Bacon Cooking Method:

Poaching Method: After rinsing the bacon, soak it in warm water until soft (1-2 hours). Place the bacon in cold water, boil for 45 minutes, and change the water halfway. Take out the bacon, and cut it into thin slices, stir fry them into a dish. When frying, if you stir out the oil, then the bacon will be crispier.
